Get washed, have a healthy breakfast, teeth brushed and ensure you are ready to start the day! Help your family by cleaning your bedroom and your toys away each day. |

Technology-free Option Can you recognise different coins and their values? Collect a range of coins from your family, look after them as you need to give them back! Can you recognise the different coins and what value they are worth? Can you put them in order of value least to most, most to least? Can you describe the coins and play what’s in the bag?
Keep the coins in a safe place this week as you will need them again.

Online Option Can you estimate how many objects there are in the pictures?
Technology-free Option Gather a range of objects, pens, pencils, toy cars, Lego bricks, stones, blades of grass, pasta, rice, etc. Ask someone to put a selection of the objects in front of you, can you guess/estimate how many there are? Repeat with different size objects.

Technology-free Option Using the coins you gathered on Monday have a quick recap on the values of the coins. Can you select 2 coins and add them together? Repeat this with a range of the coins, maybe then try using 3 coins.
Keep the coins in a safe place this week as you will need them again.

Technology-free Option Practise writing your numbers from 20 to 0. Complete the sheet attached developing subtracting numbers.

Technology-free Option Using the coins today you will be playing shop. Gather some things together you would like to buy from a shop, make price labels on them. You can then use the money you have to go shopping. Can you either use the correct coins to make the required amount or can you give a larger amount and work out the change needed? Have a go both ways please. Swap over with your family playing the different roles of shopper or shop keeper.
You now need to collect all the coins you have been using this week and return them.

Technology-free Option Using your phonics book from last week and the book you have chosen to read write some words under the correct sounds, can you find 15 words to write with different sounds?

Technology-free Option Using the scene picture and the list of words can you write a variety of sentences describing what you can see? Don’t forget to expand your sentences with and, but and because. As a challenge can you add a sentence with your own view or opinion about something in the picture?

Can you write the alphabet out in order in both upper and lower case letters? Write them on different pieces of square paper, mix them up and then try to match them together. If you really like this then turn the letters over and turn a capital letter and lower case letter over, if they match you can keep them, if not turn them back and try again.

Technology-free Option PSHE- This week it is mental health week. It is very important that we look after our bodies and health but this also includes our mental health, now more than ever in these different times. Please can you talk to your families about things you are good at and enjoy doing. Then using the attached sheet answer some of the questions.

Art/DT- Try this week’s Cedars challenge, create a self-portrait. Select your own media to complete this challenge e.g. drawing, collage, natural resources.

Science- Try a family science experiment rocket science. Look at the separate challenge sheet on what to do. Take lots of pictures.

What made Mo feel sad? How did the friends get help when they needed it? What did Miss Humphrey say she would do to help? Then draw your favourite character singing the funny tummy song. |

Tummy breathing Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes. Put one hand on your tummy. As you slowly breathe in through your nose, feel your tummy expand like a balloon. Breathe slowly out through your mouth. Try this with your family. |

Art Challenge: HAPPY HEART HUNT Let’s blanket our world with LOVE! It’s simple! Just make a heart from any object and tape it to a street-facing window to send your love out to the world. Encourage all your friends to do the same. Then, in a few days, take a family walk (keeping 2 metres distance from others!) to search for other hearts on houses. How fun it will be to watch the love grow!
