Respect, Honesty, Kindness, Pride, Ambition

The theme of this year's Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself.

Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.

5P learnt that being creative helps them see things differently, deal with uncertainty and become stronger problem solvers.

5P were super at recognising different food groups and understanding what role they play their body. They also looked at why sleep is important and how they can keep themselves clean. Look at their fabulous posters!
Bullying- We know what to do if we are being bullied and we also know how to share this information. We took a bullying pledge.
