At Cedars we like to develop leaders in our PE lessons. To be successful in PE you need to communicate with your team. If you can listen, learn and improve you give your team a better chance of winning. 

To develop this further we select pupils from Y5 and Y6 to model this behaviour and lead play with the younger year groups at play times. This also provides structure to play times in KS1.

In 2024-2025 our Play Leaders are

Year 6 pupils:

Maheera, Zain, Raid, Hamza and Usman.

Year 5 pupils:

Aisha, Emilian, Javeria, Armaan and Ahmad.
